Every order ships from our US facility within 1–2 business days. Honest flat rates, no hidden fees, no surprise handling charges.

Free US shipping on every order over $65. Automatically applied at checkout.

One simple price per region. What you see is what you pay at checkout.

United States (All 50 States) — USPS

  • Standard Shipping: $4.95 (3–6 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $9.95 (1–3 business days)
  • Orders over $65: FREE standard shipping

Processing: 1–2 business days. Carriers: USPS Ground & Priority.

Canada (All Provinces) — FedEx

  • Standard Shipping: $17 (3–5 business days)

Processing: 1–2 business days. Duties collected at checkout.

Europe (15 Countries) — FedEx

  • Standard Shipping: $18 (3–5 business days)

Processing: 1–2 business days. Duties collected at delivery.

Australia (Nationwide) — FedEx

  • Standard Shipping: $20 (3–5 business days)

Processing: 1–2 business days. Duties collected at delivery.

Order Processing

Every order is packed and shipped from our US facility within 1–2 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as it leaves our warehouse. Weekends and US holidays don't count toward processing time.

Tracking & Transit

Tracking links are sent to your email automatically. If a package hasn't moved for more than 10 business days, email us with your order number and we'll open a carrier case or ship a replacement.

Address Changes

Need to update your delivery address? Email us within 60 minutes of ordering. Once the package is picked up by the carrier, we can't redirect it — you'll need to wait for it to come back and reorder.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in our shipping rates. Canada collects duties at checkout; EU and AU collect at delivery.

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement. No lengthy forms or return labels required.

Returned to Sender

Packages marked refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable will be refunded at the order subtotal minus original shipping once returned. Reshipment requires a new order at current rates.
