What are oral dissolving supplement strips?
Oral dissolving strips are thin, dissolvable films — similar to a breath strip — that you place on your tongue. They dissolve in seconds, delivering active ingredients directly through the mucous membranes in your mouth. This bypasses digestion for faster absorption than capsules or tablets.
How do I use a Convict Labs strip?
Place one strip on your tongue and let it dissolve completely. It takes under 3 seconds. No water needed. Take as directed on the pack — most strips are one per serve.
How many strips come in a pack?
Each pack contains 30 strips — a one-month supply at one strip per day.
Are the strips vegan?
Yes. All Convict Labs strips are vegan-friendly. We use plant-based film-forming agents with no animal-derived ingredients.
Are they gluten-free?
Yes. Our strips are gluten-free and manufactured in a facility that follows strict allergen protocols.
Do the strips taste good?
We've worked hard to make them palatable. They have a mild, pleasant flavour — not medicinal. Most customers find them easy to take consistently.
Can I take multiple strips at once?
Each strip is formulated as a single serve. Do not exceed the recommended serving size. If you're combining products from our range, check the ingredient overlaps — particularly if other supplements you use contain the same actives.

Are they safe to take with medication?
If you are taking prescription medication or have a medical condition, please consult your doctor or pharmacist before using any supplement. Melatonin in particular may interact with blood thinners, sedatives, and some antidepressants.

Are they safe for athletes?
Our products contain no substances prohibited by WADA or major sporting bodies. However, we recommend athletes check their sport's specific prohibited list, as regulations vary.
Can pregnant or breastfeeding women use these?
No. We do not recommend Convict Labs products for pregnant or breastfeeding women without prior approval from a healthcare provider.

How long does shipping take?
Standard Australian delivery is 3–7 business days. Express options are available at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at support@convictlabs.shop within 7 days with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened packs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our full Returns & Refunds policy.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method.
